Huge heirloom Italian sweet pepper,
with long, curved fruits that do look like a bull's horn.
May be the longest stuffing pepper at 10" long. Red when ripe. Excellent flavor.
Prized for salads, grilling or sautéing. Higher-yielding than bell types, up to 20 fruits per plant.

Start indoors about two months before last hard frost. Overwatering in flats may cause disease. Transplant seedlings 12" apart into a sunny area when soil is warm and nights are above 50F. Protect from cutworms. Can tolerate marginal fertility but responds well to calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and potassium.
