Soak seeds 24 hours. Start in flats 8 weeks before, or in garden 2-4 weeks before last frost. Difficult to transplant, individual pots recommended. Completely cover seed-requires darkness to germinate. Matures in 10-13 weeks, may take 2-3 weeks to sprout. Requires a reasonably good soil. Harvest for up to 26 weeks, and more. Must have adequate nitrogen. Do not let soil dry out. Will overwinter if protected.
