GROWING INSTRUCTIONS: Transplant seedlings 10" apart into well-worked, well-fertilized soil. Or direct-sow a couple of weeks before the last-frost date and in succession every week for a month. Sprouts fast and dislike transplant, so if transplanting, do it as soon as there are 4-6 true leaves. May also be planted in late summer for fall. Rotate where you plant these to minimize bug/disease damage. Harvest as soon as heads feel sloid, before leaves yellow, pull entire plant.
