Bred for earliness, vigor, and resilience,
as well as flavor and cooking characteristics.
Solid colored ears of three basic colors—deep-red, tan, or white/peach.
All make great cornbread. In addition, they excel at some separate uses:red for parching (like corn nuts); tan for savory dishes, and white/peach for pancakes, cakes, and cookies. You can use Magic Manna corn flour to make angel food cake using any standard recipe. Magic Manna flour can be used just like wheat flour in anything but yeast bread.
