Dwarf, with yellow foliage, cream-colored stalks of fine flavor with thick heavy stringless 9" ribs.
Extra-large nutty-tasting base. Disease resistant. No blanching or trenching needed.
BOTANICAL NAME: Apium graveolens
Sow seeds in flats in the early Spring and cover lightly with soil. Transplant into the garden 6" apart in late spring. Celery rquires a very fertile soil and an even amount of soil moisture. Matures 15-19 weeks. This is an early variety that requires no earthing up. The foliage is yellow with cream colored stalks.
