GROWING INSTRUCTIONS: Sow in spring for fall crop, or in mild winter areas, in fall for spring crop. Start seedlings in flat. Transplant into a well prepared, fertile soil. Fast, constant growth is best; keep watered and well-fertilized. Heads will bolt in heat-must have some shade and mulch in hot weather. Blanch (shade) heads for best results-tie leaves to cover the white head. Harvest heads when 6" or before opening.
