BOTANICAL NAME Viburnum opulus
Seeds need at least 2 months of warm moist and dark (in soil) followed by 6 months of cold. Will then sprout as weather warms. So, plant I na pot and set outside in summer, leaving the pot outside all winter. Protect from birds and mice, and keep from drying out. Prepare a permanent site that is rich, moist, and weed-free in partial shade. For use, harvest a small strip of bark vertically on the trunk, or prune off whole branches and use all the bark and twigs for tea.
