GROWING INSTRUCTIONS: This perennial prefers full sun with regular or poor soil. Is drought tolerant once established. Seeds should be sown in early spring or if in fall. Best results from direct seeding. Mark the spot well and protect from disturbance. If transplanting, it must be done when plants are quite small, before the taproot is large.
