This plant is hardy through zone 4. Sow in autumn to be harvested in the spring. Sweetens the soil. Fixes about .23-.30 lbs of nitrogen per 100 square feet per year. Good for permanent pastures.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:This clover seed is coated with an OMRI-approved coating, containing clay and clover inoculant, for higher yields and faster better nitrogen fixing. Mix with a quart or so of soil and broadcast on well-prepared ground. Rake in lightly to hide from birds. Fast growing crop does best in loams & will not thrive on thin, gravelly souls.
